Maryam Moradzadeh practices exclusively in the area of wills, estates and trusts as well as estate administration. She works closely with clients to understand their specific circumstances in order to create an effective estate plan for them which meets their personal goals. She drafts wills, powers of attorney, trusts and provides other estate planning advice.
Maryam’s professional experience includes working for a boutique law firm in downtown Toronto in various areas of law including wills, estates and estate litigation, and she was also employed at an estate law firm in Toronto where she acquired extensive and specialized knowledge in estate planning and estate administration.
Notably, she was also employed at the Tax Division of the Department of Justice as well as at other governmental legal departments in Toronto.
Maryam is the recipient of a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Hamburg in Germany. She has completed legal studies at the University of Toronto and was called to the bar in Ontario.
She is fluent in German and Farsi and provides legal translation services in German/English.
